Oh, I am a lucky girl. After many days of relatively stressful racing at Olympic trials in Calgary last week, I packed up my bike and headed down south to Phoenix for some sunshine, riding, and chillin’ out. Scott and I enjoyed 5 days of great rides, relaxing by the pool and eating a lot! It was a perfect break from the speed skating world and all things Olympic. I’m back with some actual colour in my face, a whole lot of riding in my legs and a bit of excitement to skate again after this little break. Here are pics from some of our rides!
